Mondrian in soho will be the fourth mondrian and the companys downtown debut/ designed by benjamin noriega ortiz/ the 270-room hotel will feature an indoor-outdoor bar and restaurant offering layers of experiences from a lush enchanted garden to informal social seating. Film/ la belle e la bette/ the hotel will seduce and inspire guests through distinct environments from the lobby courtyard to the jewel-box rooms. second floor terrace areas fronting crosby street and lafayette street/ totaling 4/800 square feet/ will provide spectacular outdoor dining spaces and/or private event space. the hotels lower level will house approximately 3/140 square foot of banquet space/ as well as the hotels fitness room/spa. a 2/000 square foot penthouse level with two units will offer spectacular city views and provides for a number of options. the penthouse will be extremely desirable space/ doubling as both large suites or as private event space.
