Wicked will be celebrating 10 years on Broadway at the end of the month, and the festivities are really ramping up.
If you are one of the more than one million fans of the show on Facebook and Twitter, then you probably already know about the 30 Days of Flight program. If not, it’s only halfway into the month, so there is still time to join in. To give a big thanks to fans for helping the show reach this milestone, every day a special Wicked devotee is chosen to receive a one-of-a-kind prize. These include memorabilia like a black witch’s hat worn in the show and sheet music signed by composer-lyricist Stephen Schwartz, plus amazing experiences like a “greenification” by the show’s makeup designer and tickets to the 10th anniversary performance. Those chosen have interacted with Wicked in fun and creative ways, from writing a letter about how important the show was to them to uploading an (impressive) video to YouTube performing a song from the musical.
