What do you love about New York?

1. My perfect New York City day includes time with my family and visiting a few of my favorite places. First I would take a trip to the Museum of Modern Art on 53rd Street. … The exhibits there often inspire the designs of my various collections and interior design vision for many of our properties. I love checking out the museum store and picking up little housewares and hostess gifts to have on hand.

2. New York always has the best shopping so the day wouldn’t be complete without browsing a few stores. If I’m downtown I can’t resist the gorgeous Puck Building. I like to go to the Warby Parker showroom to try on their awesome glasses and also to stop by REI.

 3. I enjoy taking Arabella for walks into Central Park and to visit the Carousel. She loves the colorfully painted horses! We also like to visit the butterfly exhibit at the Museum of Natural History and the Intrepid on the Hudson. … Having grown up in New York City, it’s wonderful to now share many of the favorite places I visited as a child with my daughter.
