About Trump International Hotel & Tower New York
You've seen him in the news and you've seen him on TV. But when you stay at the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, you'll even see Donald Trump's face on the water bottles.
But the Trump mug is the only whimsical thing about this seriously luxurious property. From the second a guest arrives and is offered their choice of beverage, impeccable service takes center stage. Even before check-in, the Trump Attaché service contacts guests to ensure that their in-room kitchen is fully stocked with whatever they want.
The rooms are impeccably decorated, with sumptuous beds that are wrapped in stratospherically high thread-count sheets. Even some "standard" rooms come with jaw-dropping views of Central Park and the skyline. Others have gorgeous city views of Columbus Circle or the buildings along Broadway. With closets as large as some New York City apartments, there's more than enough room to comfortably store any and all luggage.
All rooms come with either a sleek kitchen or kitchenette, so in-room dining can be provided by the hotel's three-Michelin-star restaurant, Jean Georges, or one could simply whip up a midnight snack by oneself. Guests are also given the option of having a private chef do the cooking in-room.
Besides being across the street from Central Park, guests can also take advantage of the luxurious state-of-the-art fitness center in the hotel. Personal trainers and yoga instructors are available by request, as are swimming instructors for the kids.
Speaking of smaller guests, the Trump Kids Program offers tiny tykes a variety of specially designed amenities – from "noodles" for the swimming pool, to babysitters, an in-room Wii setup, kid-friendly DVDs and cribs.
With its 55-inch flat-screen TVs with blue-ray DVD players and iLive sound systems, there's really no reason to ever leave the sumptuous velvet sofa (which pulls out into another bed), and the recently renovated Trump Spa is another reason to stay on the premises. A variety of massages, facials and other beauty treatments are available to guests in this peaceful oasis. But when leaving is on the agenda, the hotel's convenient location at the southwest corner of Central Park means guests are only a quick subway, bus or cab ride away from any of the city's many diverse neighborhoods.
