Our Team
Paul Bausch
EVP & GMPaul loves New York. Ever since he first visited when he was 5 years old he knew he would someday call it home. New York has something for everyone and NewYork.com is the perfect way to help everyone find and enjoy everything this great city and state have to offer.
Prior to NewYork.com, Paul helped Broadway.com/Theater Direct International grow from a small ticketing call center to the largest Broadway and Off-Broadway ticket broker in the world, selling over 1M tickets per year.
When he is not watching the Yankees, Paul can be found shooting pool at one of his favorite rooms, walking along the promenade in Brooklyn Heights with his wife and puppy, or hanging out in Central Park.
Joe Student
Sales ManagerHaving served as a digital media consultant who developed digital content, social media and mobile gaming strategies for global brands, Joe believes that it's only a matter of time before science creates a brighter, more interesting, android version of him. And he's ok with that.
Joe was previously responsible for provocative journalism and abrasive commentary while he served as editor of alternative publications and websites in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Philadelphia respectively (but not always respectfully). His childhood in Northeastern Pennsylvania exposed him to the delights of New York City via cable TV, so he knows which channel offered 'Fright Night' and which featured 'Chiller Theater' - without the use of Google.
Among Joe's favorite places in New York is Madison Square Park, where you can chow down on a Shake Shack burger with a view of the Flatiron Building and then walk to Mé Bar for Happy Hour. As someone who often keeps a vampire's hours, he loves that New York City NEVER sleeps.
Adriana Vargas
Sales ManagerAdriana arrived all the way from…New Jersey (cue fist pump.) Her daily focus is to create partnerships and spread the word on how AWESOME NewYork.com is.
