Sure, it's "out of the way" in a remote Kip's Bay office complex, yet chef Tom Colicchio sure "knows how to put a restaurant on the map" with "excellent" New American food served in a cool, "contemporary" setting; "warm" service and "lovely" East River views from its outdoor terrace make the experience all the more "delightful."
